The NGO is headed by Dr. Daniel Adu Ankrah an astute agricultural professional with extensive experiences in research, agriculture and rural livelihoods. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSC.) Degree in Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, Master of Philosophy (MPHIL.) in Agricultural Administration from the University of Ghana and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Livelihoods (International Development and Applied Economics) from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom (U.K). He is the founder and Executive Director.
Mr. Samuel Akrasi an agriculturalist. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Degree in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts programme in Agricultural Administration at the University of Ghana. He is a Project Officer.
There is also a seasoned health economist with background in medicine, health policy formulation, planning, monitoring and evaluation. Dr. Emmanuel A. Odame. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Ghana Medical School as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Ghana. He is a board member.
Dr. Andrew Agyei-Holmes is an agricultural development expert currently consulting for the World Bank in Washington D.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Master of Philosophy (MPHil) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Open University in the United Kingdom (UK).
We have a social scientist (Mrs. Priscilla Kesewa Ankrah) with background in Political Science and Sociology who is responsible for advocacy, behavioural change communication and dissemination of NGO activities and research findings. Mrs. Ankrah holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree from the University of Ghana. She works as a Behaviour Change Communication Specialist.
Mr. Robert Duodo is an agricultural economist. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading (U.K). He is Project Officer.

Yusif Habib holds BSc. Agriculture Engineering, B.A. Islamic studies from the University for Development Studies and Islamic Online University respectively. Yusif is Currently pursuing MSc Environmental Science.
He as well holds Professional Certificate in Agriculture, Sustainability & Nutrition, and Climate Change Science & Negotiation honoured from the SDG Academy [ Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), a Global Initiative of the United Nations].
Since 2013, Yusif successfully led several prestigious and community-gainful projects such as, the US Forest Service International Program coined the 'Coastal Sustainable Landscapes project', Livelihood Diversification Support Program, Sustainable Agriculture; School Garden Project, West Africa Agriculture Productivity Program II, Advocacy Action against Farmland Grabbing by Industrial Companies, and much more.
Yusif has authored publications in Forest Management, Agro-Chemical Use, and Water Quality Assessment.
